Vision.

A note from Mike.

This is a fluid document and will change as time progresses. What will not change however, is the roadmap for the Quarter we are in, hence all goals & targets will be finalised before the inception of a new quarter.

First & second quarter.

  • Begin the development of an asset-backed NFT portfolio within the commodities market.

  • Participate in the Seed Round for Refract.

  • Expand connections, and get on the path to linking real-world assets and businesses to NFTs. This will be combined with the development of an agency that helps WEB3 brands scale, making use of the arbitrage economy, and redirecting a portion of the profit to the vault.

  • Issue a new token to existing holders to represent governance within the DAO, all on one smart-contract to enable easier scalability moving forward. This is done to remedy the problem we have now, where there are two smart-contracts used to govern Dao Duck, an ERC1155 and ERC721 which was initially done to minimize costs. Discussions regarding the token and its artwork will need to be undertaken within the community. We can do it in the form of collaboration, combining Arthur's touch with another talented artist.

  • Re-evaluate and analyze our holdings on a quarterly basis, or as the market requires.

Later.

  • Undertake a formal legal structure in a tax friendly nation in preparation for 2024.

  • Blend Dao Duck into local communities, stores and businesses, we are thinking via the distribution of Crypto ATM machines.

  • Agency should acquire at least 15 clients by the end of the year.

  • At least 15% of our portfolio should be behind real tangible businesses.
